We proactively notify clients if any suspicious activity is identified. Repeated instances of abuse will result in immediate closure of the client's account.

Unfortunately, not all deposit methods are available as withdrawal methods due to implementation limitations.
For all markets except cryptocurrencies, withdrawals require a multi-factor authentication (MFA) code. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, you’ll need both email confirmation and an MFA code.
While we try to process all withdrawals internally within an hour, your funds also go through processing with the payment provider. From there, it depends on how quickly they process the transaction. You can find estimated processing times for each method on our withdrawals page.
