*Processing time refers to the estimated duration for a withdrawal to be received by the client. To ensure timely processing, all withdrawal requests submitted on the same day before 10 AM AEST/11 AM AEDT (00:00 GMT) will be promptly processed. 

**Please note that the withdrawal amount mentioned includes considerations for any charges imposed by intermediary banks, which may affect the final withdrawal amount received. 

***In cases where clients deposit funds through available funding methods and subsequently request a withdrawal without engaging in significant trading activity, we reserve the right to apply applicable merchant fees to the client's account during the withdrawal process. We proactively notify clients if any suspicious activity is identified. Repeated instances of abuse will result in immediate closure of the client's account.

FAQs

Why do some countries have different funding options? 

Region-based funding solutions may only be applicable to some regions, which is why there is some variance between the funding methods available in different regions.   

Additionally, some payment solutions may have restrictions on where they are allowed to operate due to compliance and regulatory reasons. 

How long will it take for the deposit to reach my trading account? 

This will depend on the deposit method you choose. Some methods like credit card and crypto will be instant, whereas others like Bankwire Transfers may take between 1-5 business days.  

We process your deposits as soon as we receive them.

Why do some funding options have a fee? 

While Fusion Markets charges $0 on all our deposit methods, some payment solutions may include a fee for example SWIFT methods. As these are third-party solutions, we are unfortunately unable to forgo those fees on our end.  

Will you be adding more funding options? 

Yes, we are always looking to add more deposit options. If you have particular deposit options, you would like us to integrate, please let us know by emailing [email protected] .  

Are funding methods the same as withdrawal methods? 

Unfortunately, not all deposit methods are available as withdrawal methods due to implementation limitations.  

Can I fund with PayPal?

Certainly! We offer PayPal for clients fee-free.
